Terms for using FlipCalc

FlipCalc models common marketplace fee scenarios using published fee schedules and documented assumptions. Results are estimates, not quotes or guarantees. A platform may calculate a charge differently because of category mapping, seller level, account plan, tax treatment, currency conversion, advertising, shipping discounts, refunds, disputes, or a policy change that has not yet been incorporated.

Before listing or pricing an item, review the relevant official source and the actual terms presented in your seller account. You remain responsible for business, accounting, tax, and legal decisions.

FlipCalc is an independent site operated by Maciej Dudziak IT Services. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with eBay, Etsy, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Meta, StockX, Whatnot, Amazon, Grailed, or the other services discussed. Marketplace names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison.

You may use the public calculators, guides, data downloads, and embed resources for lawful personal or business research. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, submit malicious code, overload the infrastructure, impersonate the operator, or use the site to mislead others about official marketplace fees.

Automated access must respect published technical controls and reasonable rate limits. Public data assets may be cited with clear attribution, but the FlipCalc brand, visual design, or explanatory content may not be presented as your own or as an official marketplace publication.

Features, routes, datasets, assumptions, and supported marketplaces may change, pause, or be withdrawn. The operator may correct errors, update fee logic, change technical limits, or revise these terms. Continued use after a revision means you accept the updated terms from the date shown on this page.

Links to marketplace policies, carrier resources, and other third-party sites are provided for verification and convenience. FlipCalc does not control those services, their availability, or their content. A link does not transfer responsibility for the third party's terms, privacy practices, prices, or decisions.

If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. No promise is made that every result is complete, current, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular transaction. Nothing on the site creates a professional, fiduciary, agency, partnership, or marketplace relationship.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages arising from reliance on an estimate, a third-party policy, or an interruption of the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
